For a tie down end fitting that’s easy to use, Ancra Aircraft recommends using our industrial strength 1" D-Ring. This ring is engineered with a wide enough body to accommodate many different hooks and anchor points, making it a very versatile choice for your tie down assembly. Once hooked, it keeps a unchallenged hold over the load.
This 1" D-Ring is engineered to meet all National Aerospace Standard (NAS) 1382-1 requirements except for plating as this ring is corrosion-resistant zinc plated as opposed to cadmium for NAS.
