The Safety Pin locking mechanism keeps the fitting firmly in place inside the Aircraft Track or Anchor Plate while the Cable keeps the Safety Pin firmly in place inside the fitting. It’s an extra level of securement that can go a long way in keeping the cargo steady and stable.
Even heavy-duty loads remain in place with this Single Stud Locking Fitting, which has a load capacity of 4,000 Lbs. vertically, 3,000 Lbs. at a 45° angle, and 2,000 Lbs. horizontally to the track’s surface.
