AZUSA, CA – Western Global Airlines in Estero, Florida expanded the pallet transport capability of their MD-11 aircraft by replacing their legacy cargo loading system equipment with new Ancra products. The Ancra systems support the transport of up to;
- Twenty 88” x 125” OR 96” x 125” ULDs plus twelve 62” x 88” ULD, or
- Twenty-six 88” x 125” ULDs, or
- Twenty-six 96” x 125” ULDs, or
- Thirty-five 88” x 108” military pallets
in quick-turn fashion without the need to relocate any hardware. In total five aircraft will be upgraded in 2017 with more to follow in 2018.
